PhD Researcher , Singapore-ETH Centre/ Future Cities Laboratory
Temo is a PhD Researcher in the Engaging Mobility group at the Future Cities Laboratory at the Singapore-ETH Centre. He is currently working on the Big-Data MATSim project, a Big Data-driven Agent-based Simulation platform for Transport Planning.
Trained in the fields of Robotics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, his research interest relies in using methods derived from these disciplines to improve the liveability of cities with a special focus on urban transportation systems.
He has a Masters degree from The University of Sheffield, UK, in Computational Intelligence and Robotics. He obtained the Bechtel Prize for his dissertation: A probabilistic model to verify users’ identity through Differential Privacy, a collaboration with a Personal Data and Privacy start-up based in London.
