Cities and Transit Development Leader, Arup
Chintan is an architect and an urban designer with close to 13 years of work experience in large and small-scale urban design, infrastructure and architecture projects in Europe, Australia and Asia. He is currently the Cities and Transit Developments leader with Arup in Singapore where he works on smart urbanism opportunities, large scale urban transport interchange and growth corridors, master planning and mixed-use development projects. He has written a paper in association with Imperial College Business School called 'Smart Cities or Smart Governments?’ and has been a guest speaker in Smart Cities international conferences in India, UK and Singapore. He has also lived and worked in London, Sydney, Rotterdam and Mumbai where he has held a teaching position at the University of Mumbai.
